Account Manager

What you'll do: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Process and manage orders received by email and fax Track orders from placement through delivery, proactively flagging updates and catching issues before they become problems Respond to customer questions on orders, deliveries, returns, and more Collaborate across Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping/Receiving to keep customers satisfied Juggle multiple accounts and priorities without losing accuracy or attention to detail

What you bring: 5+ years of customer service or account management experienceEDI and SAP experience Manufacturing and/or logistics background Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsA self-starter mindset and comfort working independently or as part of a team Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point required.
