Retail Assistant Visual Merchandising

One of our major luxury clients is currently seeking a Wholesale assistant for their NYC office. Role is hybrid 3 days in office and 2 remote. Temporary Wholesale Assistant, Women’s Footwear Assist with order entry and work within wholesale systems (training will be provided) # Support the team in a client-facing capacity within the showroom during market # Pull weekly sales reports for the wholesale team # Organize client’s merchandise photoshoots after market # Help check in with logistics and operations teams to ensure the showroom is properly set up and running smoothly Minimum 1 year of experience or relevant internship in merchandising, planning, or wholesale # Strong Excel skills (Excel test will be required) Vlookups and Pivot Table knowledge required # Tech-savvy – familiarity with systems like OES, Excel, Numbers #
