Warehouse & Production Assistant

What You'll Do: Shipping & Warehouse Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipment Print labels and shipping documents Receive and put away incoming products and supplies Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory Help with periodic inventory counts Break down boxes and maintain shipping supplies Production Fill, cap and label bottles Measure and mix polishing compounds according to written formulas Weigh materials accurately Package finished products Maintain production and quality-control records as required Follow established safety procedures and use provided PPEFacility & Operations Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized Sweep, empty trash and perform basic facility cleanup Help maintain common areas and workspaces Assist with assembly, packaging and miscellaneous operational projects Help wherever needed to keep a small business running efficiently

What We're Looking For: The right person is: Reliable and consistently on time Comfortable doing physical, hands-on work Detail-oriented Able to follow written formulas and instructions Able to work independently after being trained Comfortable switching between different types of tasks during the day Organized and able to keep a clean workspace Willing to ask questions when something isn't clear Interested in being part of a small company where everyone pitches in Warehouse or production experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Physical Requirements: This position involves regular standing, walking, bending and reaching. Applicants should be able to: Regularly lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs. Stand for extended periods Safely move boxes and materials around a warehouse Work around powders and polishing compounds while using appropriate PPESchedule Monday through Friday during normal daytime business hours. We anticipate approximately 25–35 hours per week, generally 5–8 hours per day, depending on workload. There are no regular evening or weekend shifts. Compensation Starting pay: $20.00/hourA performance review will be conducted after approximately 90 days, with the opportunity for an increase based on reliability, accuracy, productivity and ability to work independently.
