Crisis Intervention Counselor & Resource Advocate

The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay is seeking an Intervention Specialist to provide crisis counseling, information and resource referrals, and short-term care coordination for victims of crime. You will conduct safety checks, offer follow-up support, and respond to mental health crises via multiple channels including phone, text, chat, and in person. Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a human-service field or 1 year of crisis intervention experience, with Spanish bilingualism preferred.
