No tools are required. Training is approximately 5–10 days; environment is climate-controlled with a low cost of living.
You'll drill close-tolerance holes, install hardware, use pneumatic/electric tools, read blueprints, and perform assembly to exact specs. Dress code: VP Aviation T-shirts, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses; shorts allowed.
