Accounting Implementation Manager

This role leads customer implementations from accounting discovery and solution design through successful production deployment. Early-stage, hyper-growth start-up. Gather requirements and map GL, close, subledger, ERP, and control workflows Define scope, data requirements, configuration, and delivery expectations Manage ERP, GL, and spreadsheet data migrations Lead testing, reconciliations, validation, and go-live Manage timelines, risks, deliverables, and customer communication Resolve accounting and technical issues with Product and Engineering Drive adoption and transition customers to ongoing support

Accounting or advisory foundation, ideally with a Big Four firm Current implementation leadership within a fintech or accounting-technology product company Strong knowledge of close, GL, reconciliations, controls, and audit readiness Experience with at least two relevant ERP platforms
