Registered Behavior Technician

Golden Steps ABA is seeking an RBT to join our Missouri-based team, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism in home or community settings. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of ABA-related experience, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma. Training and mentorship are provided to support your growth.
