Job Description:

Pay: $14.00 per hour
Southwestern Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our residents, families, visitors, and vendors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while providing exceptional administrative support.
Schedule:
  • Every other weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PMMonday – Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PMJob Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and team members.
  • Greet and assist all visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Page designated personnel when necessary.
  • Receive, document, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
  • Notify the Office Supervisor of any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Coordinate transportation by contacting drivers for resident medical appointments when needed.
  • Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the Office Supervisor.
Qualifications: Previous receptionist experience is highly preferred. Prior customer service experience is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in basic computer and office software. Professional, dependable, and able to work independently. Warm, friendly, and welcoming personality with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond for residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members.
