Securitization & Analytics Associate

Brookfield Asset Management, through Brookfield Wealth Solutions, is seeking an analyst to support structuring and rating agency efforts in New York. The role focuses on private investments for an insurance balance sheet, with emphasis on CLO/ABS securitizations and asset-backed financings. You will build cash flow models, assist in due diligence, prepare investment committee materials, and coordinate with tax, legal and accounting teams.
