Carpenter - Travel-Ready, Lean Construction & Field Work

McGough Construction in Minnesota is seeking a skilled Carpenter to assist the Foreman on daily site activities across all project stages, including forming foundations, walls, columns, decks, rough and finish carpentry, doors, hardware and millwork. The role supports Lean and continuous improvement, follows safety policies, and involves outdoor work in varying weather. Travel may be required. Pay is hourly per the local union contract, with benefits depending on the union.
