The Bay Care Sound is seeking Beer Vendor employees. As a member of the Food & Beverage Staff, you will serve the Mission, Vision and Values of REH, Inc. by providing beverage service to guests in accordance with excellent service standards and organizational policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provides quick, attentive, friendly and professional service to patrons and is able to communicate clearly with all customers. Ensures that beverage items are served at proper temperature. Keeps track of all sales and transactions with patrons. Builds and maintains knowledge regarding beverage offerings so that patron questions may be accurately answered. Maintains availability to work during many peak periods. Keeps appropriate stock levels to service patrons at all times. Maintains high responsiveness to patrons. Maintains a professional and clean appearance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience. Experiences: One-year experience of similar work. One-year experience in a customer service environment. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred. Demonstrated Skills or Knowledge: Demonstrated commitment to the principles of teamwork and shared responsibility. Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively both orally and in writing. Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations as it relates to services. Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guest in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs. Ability to walk around venue for a minimum of 2 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for periods-of-time. Ability to work outdoors in various climates. Ability to drive. Ability to maintain good attendance is a condition of employment and a function of this position.. Other: Valid driver’s license. Ability to work long and irregular hours, including holidays. Successful completion of background check and drug test.
