Sales Director- New Business

The Role: You'll find, build and close new business with CEOs, CMOs and senior marketing leaders. Originate & close complex, high-value deals end-to-end Build pipeline through your network, outbound, referrals and events Sell outcomes, not services — build solutions around the client's business goals Bring together the right experts + AI + capabilities across Stellar Lead senior-level conversations, pitches and negotiations Represent Stellar at conferences, roundtables and executive events Own pipeline, conversion and closed revenue Who you are You've sold marketing services and you've closed. A track record or origination closed deals for services, tech-enabled offerings, and complex solutions. You can generate as well as convert. You've built pipeline from nothing before and you're not precious about how. Fearless. You're comfortable calling high, introducing yourself to a room, asking the awkward commercial question, and naming a number without flinching. A strategist and packager. You're good at the middle part — hearing a business problem and shaping the solution, rather than reading a capabilities deck out loud. Fluent enough to be dangerous. Paid, SEO, creative, AI-enabled marketing — you don't need to be the practitioner, but you can hold your own with an operator and you know when to bring the experts in.
