Director, Technical Training & Qualifications COE

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Director of Technical Training & Qualifications to build and lead a COE across Power, Sand, and Logistics. You will establish standards, tools, and governance to develop a qualified workforce and partner with operations, safety, and engineering to translate critical work into scalable training. You will drive onboarding pathways, vendor decisions, and measurement of qualification outcomes to ensure readiness for current operations and future growth.
