About the Role: The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer to lead its philanthropic enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the development program, driving revenue growth, and deepening donor engagement. This role requires a strategic fundraiser and an effective organizational leader who can cultivate major donors, coach development professionals, and collaborate with volunteer leadership. The SVP & CDO will oversee the full development portfolio, including annual campaigns, major and principal gifts, and various philanthropic initiatives. They will also be expected to provide leadership in team development, establish clear priorities, and ensure that fundraising efforts are in line with the organization's mission. Applicants for the SVP & CDO position at the company should have a proven track record in fundraising, with experience in securing significant major gifts and leading high-performing development teams.
