Apply for this role →Project Manager Commercial Glass & Glazing / Impact Windows Miami, FL | Full-Time | On-site A respected South Florida commercial glass and impact windows contractor is hiring a Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar new construction projects. We are seeking someone with experience in commercial glazing, storefront, curtainwall, or impact windows & doors who can manage schedules, documentation, coordination, and field execution from kickoff to closeout.
Salary: $75,000-$100,000+ DOE Benefits: Company vehicle, paid vacation, paid holidays
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
- Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, field teams, and internal departments
- Oversee schedules, submittals, RFIs, templates, and project documentation
- Review blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents
- Help keep projects on schedule and moving efficiently
Requirements:
- 3+ years of PM experience in commercial glass/glazing or impact windows & doors
- New construction experience
- Blueprint reading and document control experience
- Strong organization and communication skillsMS Office required; Bluebeam/MS Project a plusES Windows experience a plus
