Senior Project EngineerIndianapolis, IN$110,000-$130,000 + 10% bonus Medical Device What you'll be doing: Lead technical RFQs and manufacturing proposalsDevelop manufacturing strategies, timelines, and project costsPartner with global engineering, operations, and commercial teamsCollaborate with automation, assembly, and injection molding specialistsWork with customers and suppliers to develop manufacturing solutionsSupport new product introductions from concept to productionWhat they're looking for: Engineering degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Tooling, or similar) Experience in medical device, pharma, packaging, or regulated manufacturingKnowledge of automation, injection molding, and equipment developmentExperience with project costing and technical quotationsFamiliarity with ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA quality systemsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
