The position entails working onsite, with flexible scheduling options available to accommodate work-life balance, including Monday to Friday hours from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, along with the option for four 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to determine individual rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment protocols that support functional restoration and mobility improvement. Provide education and resources to patients and their families, ensuring effective at-home recovery strategies are in place. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care and progress towards recovery goals. Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest rehabilitation methodologies. Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A current, valid Florida Physical Therapy license. Preferred Experience: At least two years of relevant clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation setting. Compensation and Benefits: This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
