Job Description: Join our downtown Sioux Falls hotel team as a Front Desk Agent and be the person who sets the tone for every guest's stay. Front Desk Agent Shift: Availability for Monday-Friday, 7am-3pmWhat we're looking for Friendly, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people Dependable and comfortable working independently Able to stay calm and solution-oriented when problems arise Comfortable with learning hotel technology and reservation systems Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities Previous customer service experience is helpful, but hotel experience is not required Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
