Interim Nonprofit CFO | Grant & Cash Flow Leader

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer for a large nonprofit Community Action Agency managing multiple grant programs in Connecticut. The CFO will partner with the CEO, Board, and senior management to ensure fiscal sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include strategic financial leadership, rolling 13-week cash forecasts, grant management for Ameri Corps and other programs, annual budgeting, audits, and board reporting.
