Frozen Food Stocker The Frozen Food Stocker duties include providing excellent customer service, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, and controlling shrink while enhancing the Niemann Harvest Market culture.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Delivers superior guest service and ensures absolute customer satisfaction
  • Learns and uses the three E's: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
  • Customer engagement: Suggestive selling, sampling
  • Quality assurance checks of department
  • Proper handling and rotation of product
  • Promotes and supports established programs
  • Day to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanliness on the selling floor, backroom and freezer
  • Promotes sales
  • Works within company programs, policies and procedures
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
  • Other duties as assigned
