Survey Part Chief/Jr Party Chief

Responsibilities: Boundary, topo, ALTA, and construction staking Operate GPS and robotic total stations Perform UAS flights for mapping and documentation Maintain organized notes, files, and daily reports Communicate clearly with the office and contractors Travel for projects across Colorado and occasionally into neighboring states Occasional overnight travel when required

Requirements: Party Chief: 3+ years of field surveying experience Jr. Party Chief: 1–2 years of field experience and willingness to learn Understanding of boundary evidence and construction workflows Experience with Trimble equipment or ability to learn quickly UAS experience and Part 107 certification desirable Valid driver’s license and dependable work habits Comfortable working outdoors year‐round
