Communications Operations & Platform Lead

UCSF Health Communications is seeking a Communications Operations Manager to drive operational execution of projects and campaigns, and to manage The Bridge, the employee communications platform, in our San Francisco office. The role focuses on translating complex work into clear plans, coordinating cross‐team workflows, and ensuring decisions become action. You will publish content in The Bridge, onboard contributors, manage moderation and reporting, and plan new platform capabilities.
