Construction Helper

Responsibilities: (willing to train on these just need some type of electrical/assembly experience)Perform complete electrical wiring of chiller units from scratch, including routing, cutting, stripping, and terminating wires. Install and connect electrical components such as contactors, relays, sensors, motors, and control panels within chiller units. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble and wire systems accurately. Build, wire, and test electrical systems to ensure they meet engineering specifications and operational requirements. Verify proper operation of electrical systems and components, identifying and addressing issues during assembly and testing. Ensure all work complies with safety requirements, quality standards, and production timelines. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support efficient production flow and continuous improvement of assembly processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while handling tools, materials, and equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
