Engineering Project Manager

Project / Program Manager – Manufacturing & Engineered Equipment We’re partnering with an established Rochester-area manufacturer that is adding experienced Project and Program Management talent to support complex customer and manufacturing programs. This opportunity is well suited for professionals who have managed technical projects involving engineered products, industrial equipment, automation, machinery, or complex manufacturing environments. Responsibilities may include managing projects from order or program launch through completion, serving as a primary customer contact, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality and operations, managing schedules and budgets, identifying project risks, supporting proposals and commercial discussions, and helping drive equipment or product delivery through installation and customer acceptance. Ideal candidates will bring experience in areas such as: Project or program management within manufacturing, machinery, automation, aerospace, defense or engineered products Customer-facing project ownership Cross-functional coordination with engineering and operations Schedule, budget, risk and deliverable management Capital equipment, automation or complex manufactured products Proposals, quotations, contracts or other commercial responsibilities Installation, commissioning, startup or customer acceptance experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field preferred Several opportunities are available, with responsibilities varying based on experience and technical background.
