IP Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)

Key Responsibilities: Litigation Management: Handle all aspects of IP litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Case Strategy: Collaborate with teams to develop legal strategies for complex patent disputes (both plaintiffs and defendants), including ITC investigations and post‐grant proceedings. Technical Analysis: Utilize technical, scientific, or engineering expertise to understand and explain complex technologies (e.g., semiconductors, biotechnology).Court Appearance: Draft briefs and argue motions in federal courts and at the USPTO.

Experience: Proven experience in patent litigation (for lateral hiring) or a strong interest in technology‐focused, high‐stakes litigation. Technical Background: A degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, life sciences) is crucial, with many attorneys holding advanced degrees.

Skills: Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills to work in a fast‐paced environment.
