Digital Program Lead – Manufacturing Transformation Detroit Metro, MI | Atlanta, GA | Reston, VA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Direct HireHireKraft is conducting a search for a Digital Program Lead – Manufacturing Transformation to support a large-scale digital factory transformation initiative focused on manufacturing modernization and factory ramp-up operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience leading enterprise transformation programs across manufacturing operations, business functions, and digital platforms within Industry 4.0 environments.

  • This is a permanent full-time direct hire position (not contract)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations
  • Drive governance, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
  • Coordinate cross-functional business and IT workstreams
  • Support factory digitalization and operational transformation programs
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and executive communications
Preferred Background:
  • Manufacturing transformation programs
  • Digital factory or Industry 4.0 initiatives
  • Enterprise transformation leadership
  • Program governance and stakeholder management
  • Cross-functional business and IT environments
  • Manufacturing operations or factory ramp-up experience
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of transformation or program management experience
  • Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives
