Director, Healthcare Labor & Employment Counsel

El Camino Health is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment to guide a complex unionized healthcare environment. You will advise Human Resources, leadership, and operations on accommodation, leave, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, and manage employment litigation through insurers and outside counsel. The role collaborates with executive leadership on high-risk matters, supports labor relations, and helps shape policies and procedures.
