Asphalt Plant Operator: Hands-On Production & Maintenance

Russell Standard is seeking a Plant Operator to support daily production and plant operations at our Akron, OH facility. You will open/close valves, perform preventive maintenance, inspect tanks, operate equipment, weigh trucks, and assist with emulsions loading while following safety policies. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, solid math/reading skills, and the ability to learn new tasks. A minimum of 2 years in production/maintenance or related oil and gas exposure is preferred;
