Professional Land Surveyor & Mapper (PLS/PSM)

What You'll Be Doing: Prepare and certify Boundary, ALTA/NSPS, Easement, and Topographic Surveys Research deeds, plats, title commitments, legal descriptions, and public land records Review ALTA/NSPS Table A requirements and title documentation Lead and oversee survey field crews utilizing GPS, robotic total stations, and other electronic survey equipment Draft, review, and QA survey deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3DCoordinate with engineering and project management teams throughout project lifecycles Manage project schedules, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance requirements Participate in client meetings and help drive successful project outcomes
