The Cash Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity. This role oversees daily cash operations, monitors bank accounts, manages short-term investments and borrowings, and ensures compliance with internal controls and corporate policies. The Cash Manager will also support treasury forecasting, intercompany funding, and reporting to management and headquarters. THE NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:•Manage daily cash inflows and outflows, including vendor payments, customer collections, and internal fund transfers.•Perform daily cash reconciliation between bank accounts and SAP records to ensure accuracy of postings.•Review and approve payment runs (e.g., vendor, payroll, tax, intercompany) in accordance with company policy.•Prepare daily cash summary reports, reflecting actual balances, pending payments, and available liquidity.•Conduct end-of-day cash closing to confirm that all bank transactions, disbursements, and receipts are properly recorded and reconciled.•Manage the company’s credit facilities, including lines of credit, term loans, letters of credit and intercompany borrowings.•Track loan balances, interest accruals, and repayment schedules to ensure timely payments.•Coordinate loan drawdowns and repayments based on cash flow requirements.•Support negotiation of new credit lines or refinancing as needed.• Prepare and update monthly/quarterly/yearly cash flow forecasts.• Analyze actual vs. forecasted cash flow and explain variances.• Report cash position, credit lines, and investment balances to management and headquarters. Internal Controls & Compliance• Implement and maintain treasury-related internal controls (e.g., dual approvals, segregation of duties).• Support compliance with SOX/internal control requirements and audit requests.• Ensure proper authorization for wire transfers, intercompany loans, and payments.
