Responsibilities:
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements.
Foster positive employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
Lead performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and employment laws to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Bonus
Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience with HR software and technology platforms.
