Logos Space seeks the first in-house Legal Counsel to bridge aerospace innovation with strategic legal strategy, shaping contracts, governance, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with executives to negotiate complex commercial agreements, support fundraising rounds, and build the company’s legal infrastructure from the ground up. Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years of legal experience, a JD, California Bar, and a builder mindset.
