Early Childhood Education Coach & Lead Teacher

Child Development Schools is seeking an Education Coordinator to coach educators across assigned centers, observing classrooms and guiding practice to improve outcomes for children and families. You will work in classrooms, providing feedback and collaborating with teachers and leadership to strengthen education quality. You will lead observations, support curriculum implementation, and participate in trainings to ensure high-quality learning environments across multiple sites.
