Director of Pediatric Otolaryngology (ENT)

Qualifications: Board Certified in Otolaryngology. Completion of a Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship Training Program. Active and Unrestricted New York State Physician License (or ability to obtain). Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $373,750* based on 40-hour work week. Additionalcompensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $476,830** , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annualcompensation for 10additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $67,080. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):Employeesareimmediatelyvested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match isrequired. Afterone year of service, employees receive anadditional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match isrequired. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
