Responsibilities:
- Lead renewal processes and strategies for complex accounts, coordinating information gathering and needs analysis
- Identify coverage gaps, review claims, retain existing business, and pursue opportunities for additional coverages
- Maintain strong client and carrier partner relationships through timely, value-driven service
- Provide strategic, consultative guidance to address client risk management needs
- Mentor and develop team members through delegation, feedback, and learning opportunities
- Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards
- Oversee accuracy and management of client/policy data in Gallagher systems
- Leverage Gallagher technology to improve productivity and deliver quality results
- Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations
Key requirements:
Bachelor's degreeactive Property and Casualty Insurance License Proficiency in EPIC agency management system and Microsoft Office 1+ year supervisory experience (desired)5+ years of client service management experience with a Bachelor's, or 10+ years with a High School/GEDability to build relationships and deliver resultsadaptability and resilience in shifting prioritiescollaborative mindset across teamsrelationship buildingcollaborationadaptabilityEPIC agency management system Microsoft Office Gallagher systems
