What You’ll Do:
- Lead deep high-net-worth client relationships as trusted advisor/quarterback
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning across retirement, investment strategy, tax, estate, risk, cash flow, and wealth transfer
- Partner with investment and financial planning teams; no product sales or asset-gathering quotas
- What’s Offered
- $150,000–$200,000 base, plus $15,000–$25,000 target bonus
- 2 days in office / 3 days remote
- Fully paid individual medical, 401(k) match, parental leave, long-term growth
- What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10+ years wealth management/financial planning experience
- Experience independently leading client relationships
- CFP strongly preferred; collaborative, client-first mindset
