Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate located in Boca Raton, FL. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for managing and conducting legal research, drafting motions, and participating in court proceedings. Other duties include attending depositions, working closely with senior attorneys, and ensuring all litigation matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Law and Courts Experience with drafting and reviewing Motions Proficiency in conducting legal Research Skilled in handling Depositions Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Member in good standing of the State Bar of Florida Experience in litigation is preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal
