This is a senior sales leadership role for someone who understands technical products and can lead a team while driving new business, OEM growth, and strategic customer relationships. Ideal Background:
- 8+ years of sales leadership experienceExperience leading 10+ sales professionals$20M+ revenue/quota responsibility
- Technical / engineered product sales experienceExperience selling into food manufacturing or food processingB2B industrial sales with direct and/or distribution channelsOEM, system integrator, consultant, or enterprise customer experience
- Engineering degree required
