Senior Growth-Focused Full-Stack Engineer

Discord is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Growth team in the United States. You will help new users discover, understand, and get started with Discord at scale, shaping onboarding experiences and activation strategies. You'll work across the stack (TypeScript/React on the frontend and Python/Flask on the backend), design and run A/B experiments, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science to drive high-impact growth initiatives while maintaining performance and reliability.
