Roster Strategy & Analytics Director

Clemson University Athletics is seeking a Director of Roster Strategy & Analytics to lead analytics, strategy, and financial modeling for roster decisions across Clemson Athletics. The role partners with senior leadership to forecast expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and executive reports that inform recruiting, retention, and performance across programs.
