Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeler to join a small remodeling crew working on local residential projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will support kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, additions and expansions, and residential repairs and upgrades. This position offers an advancement path to Lead Remodeler.
Responsibilities:
Install drywall, flooring, cabinets, windows, and doors.
Perform trim carpentry and finish work.
Complete interior and exterior painting.
Perform light electrical and plumbing work.
Repair stucco and complete residential repairs and upgrades.
Work collaboratively with the remodeling crew and follow project direction from the Project Manager.
Maintain a safe, organized work environment on local job sites.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of residential remodeling experience.
Reliable transportation.
Own hand and power tools, saws, a generator, and related equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Carpentry and finish-work experience.
Blueprint-reading skills.
Knowledge of construction safety practices and power tools.
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Effective customer communication skills.
