  • What You'll Do as a Panel Builder:
  • Assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and electrical subassemblies used in automated equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring layouts, and production instructions
  • Route, label, terminate, and organize wiring to ensure accurate electrical connections
  • Install electrical components such as relays, switches, sensors, breakers, power supplies, and terminal blocks
  • Perform electrical testing and assist with system verification procedures
  • Troubleshoot wiring issues and identify corrective actions when needed
  • Verify the functionality of sensors, switches, and other electrical devices
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete assembly tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and assembly teams to support equipment builds and project completion
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and workplace safety
  • What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical school training, vocational education, or related hands-on experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a desire to learn industrial control systems
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions
  • Experience with electrical assembly, panel building, manufacturing, or industrial production environments preferred
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform physical assembly work throughout the shift
