Role Title: Digital Content Manager Industry: Financial Services / Retail Banking

Position Summary: Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content Manager to support a major financial services client during a key digital integration initiative. This role focuses on supporting the migration, publication, and quality assurance of the Deposit Product Rate Engine (DPRE) across consumer and small business web channels. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between digital operations, product management, and compliance to ensure rate data and disclosures are accurately deployed across desktop and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Content Integration & Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end integration and publication of DPRE data, consumer rates, and product metadata across public web platforms. QA & Platform Testing: Conduct systematic functional and visual quality assurance across responsive web environments to ensure compliance, proper layout, and accuracy within strict SLAs. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Work closely with digital product owners, business analysts, and compliance teams to schedule and coordinate rate modifications, marketing content, and regulatory updates. Documentation & Governance: Map business rules, establish publishing workflows, and maintain project plans, implementation schedules, and status tracking reports.
Candidate Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in digital content operations, website management, digital product support, or project coordination. Demonstrated hands-on experience with web QA testing, UAT, and digital content validation. Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Share Point).Exceptional precision and capability in managing large volumes of financial data and regulatory information. Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven success prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Target Backgrounds & Nice-to-Haves Background within enterprise financial services, digital banking, or fintech platforms. Experience with deposit products, rate engine systems, Product Information Management (PIM) tools, or API-driven content workflows. Familiarity with Agile or Kanban delivery environments.
