Senior SETA Lead (TS/SCI) National Security

QinetiQ US seeks a seasoned SETA Former COTR to provide senior advisory support to government customers in a SCIF environment. The role requires extensive Intelligence Community experience, active TS/SCI with Polygraph, and a strong technical background in aerospace, electrical engineering, or physics. The candidate will draft and manage SOWs, SOOs, RFPs, and CDRLs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure contract performance meets mission needs.
