People Strategy & Analytics Leader

Greenbrook Medical seeks a Director, People Strategy to own compensation, headcount planning, people analytics, and knowledge management in the New York City area. Remote work is possible for the right candidate, with regular travel to New York and Tampa Bay clinics. You will report to the Chief People Officer and act as their right hand, providing rigorous data-driven insights on offers, promotions, and staffing.
