Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time3rd Shift Waste Control Lead DutiesLead and coordinate the Waste Control team throughout the shift. Oversee waste collection, sorting, transportation, and disposal while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Train team members on GMPs, safety procedures, PPE, and company policies. Monitor daily productivity and communicate operational or safety concerns to management. Maintain waste-control records and required documentation.
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
  • Pay$20.00 to $25.00 per hour3rd Shift Waste Control Lead Requirements
  • At least one year of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, sanitation, warehouse, or waste-control.
  • Experience handling production waste and packaging materials.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, PPE, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
