Physician / Hospitalist - Pediatric

Position Highlights: Serve as thepediatrician of recordduring each hospital stay, coordinating with primary care and specialty providers. Oversee admission and discharge processes to ensure safety, timeliness, and cost-effective care. Rapidly assess and manage acutely ill children, including coordination of transfers to and from the PICU. Teach and mentor pediatric residents during Patient-Centered Rounds. Participate in medical staff committees and continuous quality improvement efforts. Develop and monitorevidence-based clinical pathwaysto enhance the quality of inpatient care. Shift Model: 7 days on / 7 days off Flexible 12-hour or 24-hour shift options Continuous on-site hospitalist coverage during scheduled shifts
