At InterEx Group, we’re growing our Miami team and hiring an entry-level Talent Delivery Consultant. No previous recruitment experience required- we’ll teach you everything you need to know. This is a candidate-focused role where you’ll work alongside Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant and above to place top tech professionals into a consistent flow of live vacancies across the U.S.No business development. No chasing new clients. Just learning the craft and becoming exceptional at finding and managing great talent.

You’ll receive structured, hands-on training from day one — with clear milestones and ongoing coaching.
