Alto Health Care -- Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals, including RNs and LPNs; Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation; Take and record patients' vitals as directed by the healthcare team; Assist with serving and feeding patients, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration; Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
