Senior Legal Officer

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal support for supply chain management operations, including sourcing and contracting, supplier relationship management, procurement, purchasing, customer relationship management, and strategic group purchasing organizations (GPOs) partnerships. Serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership and key stakeholders by offering strategic legal counsel. Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. Utilize extensive analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal and business challenges. Demonstrate strong supervisory abilities and effectively collaborate across departments.

Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experienceproviding legal counsel in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or GPOs. Healthcare industry experience. Preference for candidates withprocurement experience for the State of Texas .Proven track record of independent decision-making, sound judgment, and strategic insight. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
